RE:RE:RE:RE:Farmer Logic How long has the current Chair, other board members and the Interim CEO been involved?
Lots of accountants involved. Even in interim CFO and a consulting firm of accountants.
The Chair is a CFO, the one Canadian guy is an accountant, the interim CEO an accountant and the interim CFO too and they hired an accounting firm to give strategic advice? And none of the accountants have invested given their inside information, vision or commitment to shareholders by putting some of their own money in?
My accountant does my books and my corporate tax return, not my personal one as I can do that. But I look to the accountant for tax advice sometimes for the Corp but never for strategy. They are good with numbers. I always thought if they were good at business, they would be entrepreneurs. Some are to a certain extent, but the profession is very defined and rules based.
knowing what they know, why wouldn't anyone of these accountants on the board even make a small personal investment?
They are taking money out and refuse to buy into their strategic vision?
How can the self touted rare Female CEO not back up her title with an investment in the Corp that gave her a chance and for which she is responsible for the vision and execution of strategy? Wouldn't that help improve her credibility? And the other board members too?
