RE:RE:RE:RE:Independent InvestigationT33, litigation has certainly taken a massive bite out of the treasury and will continue to do so until all the outstanding lawsuits are dealt with. Sadly there still could be 5 or 6 on the books that need to come to some sort of conclusion..
My bigger concern though, is the possibility of a much larger coordinated shoe dropping against GSFC regarding many allegations surfacing, and does Karnalyte cover those legal costs as well?
On another note, a big thank you goes out to the folks that built a website allowing shareholders a glimpse into the challenges faced in recent years within the confines of Karnalyte.
As pp pointed out, jumping through the courts hoops to obtain documents can be difficult, but the Originating Application and Affidavits made public certainly paint a clear picture.
It would be very helpful if updates could be provided on this site as well, considering the recent additions to the board
