This Canadian mining company is sitting on billions worth of potash. Inside the battle that has angry shareholders alleging vote rigging and stock sabotage.
Despite the headline and all of the allegations, many clearly have little understanding on the complexity of what is needed to make this work. Over supply, low potash value for the last diverse priorities or opinions, while the majority shareholder has provided a lot of latitude, KRN has not been able to fulfill its commitment to supply GSFC other than blaming them. The deal never was for them to extract it even if a financing deal was structured before potash prices tanked.
The bickering does little to help and many of the previous administrators and shareholders have done this company a disservice due to a serious lack of competence.
So who has the competence and capital to make this happen?
One thing is certain, it's not going to be the whiners.
