Your take

Mr Brown
Please explain to me how a handful of former Board members got a bunch of .17 shares and now want to take what's left of my investment in a three chemical hot water process green disposal resource and invest in something else.

I would like to initiate the concerned dissidents group. I don't think that name has been taken yet.

Or maybe I can go back into hibernation till all this useless and expensive legal stuff goes away.

I like the original 99% purity story before it was lost in litigation.

I think the people who want to build an NH3 facility should use their money to do it.

I invested in a much bigger story.

I agree 100%, stick to the potash.  KRN has an environmental advantage over the massive salt piles at many of the competitor mines. If the CSG wants to build a nitrogen facility FNA/Agracity is still trying to find big money to be invested, 10+ years trying to get that project off the ground, with millions of farmers dollars invested.

Well said Tru.  There is a very good reason the Genesis vision has not yet come to fruition. Maybe the csg can join that board, and share their wisdom with them, and the csg wont have to waste anymore money on finding a site, as this one already has shovels in it  https://fna.ca/genesis-breaks-ground-on-belle-plaine-supercenter/

Resourse, that is the million dollar question How could any shareholder not named GSFC think the .17 cent Rights Offering was a good idea. What ever happened to getting 51% shareholder approval before moving forward with a financing that affected everyone The dilution alone was hard enough to stomach in relation to the amount of cash raised, but giving voting control away was the real punch in ...more

Does your option include a valuation  for the Mg and Sodium.
Comment by mdjbrown on Dec 04, 2020 4:08pm
Unfortunately Resourse, that option is long gone. Both the potash guys, and money guys backing it were obviosly not interested once all the games started in March of 2018, as they were hoping to be in the ground that summer if all went well. Keep in mind one of the factors getting things rolling at Wynyard site commercially is the large gas feed required.  I do not believe that has changed ...more

Did the line get as far as that monster mine where they started the shafts?
Comment by Resourse on Dec 04, 2020 6:21pm
Sorry  I see the line was as far as BHP
Comment by mdjbrown on Dec 04, 2020 7:47pm
Resourse, initially I believe the natural gas distribution line was going to run from Lanigan, but it was hoped that that transmission line would first be built to Jansen for their huge project, and Karnalyte could then tee off of that line in place and run it with the help of compressor stations into Wynyard at a fraction of the cost.  I can only assume the transmission line into Jansen was ...more

Lukashenko and Putin are not going to miss a chance at more US$. The potash price isn’t going anywhere soon. To wait for potassium on its own is a fools game.  The project was billed as a multi product brine. What happened to that?   Also what was the difference between your process and the mine in Germany?
Comment by mdjbrown on Dec 04, 2020 8:19pm
I agree 100% with you Resourse.  There are a lot of mines around the world that could and would double capacity with the flip of the switch.  All the majors in Saskatchewan have completed billion-dollar upgrades. So waiting for conventional solution mining at Wynyard may be a long wait. Many folks don’t know this, but in the beginning, Mr. Phinney started this venture based on the ...more

The dream I got was a hot water process to extract very pure potassium, magnesium and sodium. As you say the first CEO was all about the Mg potential.
Comment by mdjbrown on Dec 04, 2020 9:43pm
Nice dream as well Resourse, but does your dream include economic feasibility in post 2013 metrics? Once the bottom fell out of the potash world, things were tricky and the 2013  GSFC venture made it that much more difficult  And folks say 2020 has been a bad year.
