India just tender for 4.5 million mt of Urea. China is shutting down plants in order to meet their carbon emission, they have third world emission standards. They use a lot coal still.  China will be an net importer, not an exporter. Nola price at the gulf is $605 usd per short ton. This equates to replacement cost of $1050 in western Canada.
