Karora Resources Inc. is a Canada-based multi-asset mineral resource company. The Company’s portfolio includes the Beta Hunt Underground Mine, Higginsville Gold Operations and Lakewood Mill. It owns 100% of Beta Hunt, a gold-producing mine located approximately 600 kilometers from Perth in Kambalda, Western Australia. It owns and operates HGO, which is located approximately 75 kilometers south of the Beta Hunt Mine in Higginsville, Western Australia. HGO has a mineral gold resource and reserve and prospective land package totaling approximately 1,900 square kilometers. The operation includes a 1.6 million tons per annum (Mtpa) processing plant, 192 mining tenements, including the Aquarius, Hidden Secret, Mousehollow, Two Boys, Baloo, Pioneer, Fairplay North, Mitchell, Wills, Challenge and Mount Henry deposits. The Lakewood Gold Mill is located just outside Kalgoorlie, Western Australia and approximately 60 kilometers from the Beta Hunt Mine, has a processing capacity of 1.0 Mtpa.

RE:RE:krrI read through the quarterly report .They really have made a great deal of progress and there is lots of information to review .Great progress has been made on the issue of the Royalties especially on the Beta Hunt .They probably need to start hedging the exposure to fluctuations in the value of the Aussie dollar versus the US dollar .They still have about 35 million in debt they need to get rid of and some remaining money required to pay off the royalty on the Beta Hunt .They need to stop issuing shares as partial payment for certain items .Once that is all accomplished I see no reason given the level of cash flow why they cant start rewarding shareholders either by paying a dividend or buying back shares .Currently the share count is going up due to issuance of shares in partial payment of stuff and exercise of options/warrants . 
So in summary amazing progress has been made ,they easily have the cash flow to fund all the drilling they are doing and once the debt is gone reward the shareholders.
