Arthur, you don't think Huet could come after you?I've been invested in gold stocks for over 20 years and I've actually seen a couple of companies successfully come after some bashers and it then becomes public knowledge of who that guy (s) is/are and all his/their aliases...You see, once the case is brought before a judge, the lawyers get to have a discovery phase to seek out all evidence pertaining to the libel case. So, that means that Stockhouse, CEO.CA and all other internet platforms have to allow lawyers to identify and divulge who the basher is and discover what are all his aliases and they can also subpoena the banks to see the basher's trades etc.
