Corvus gold buyout offer of $550 million cdn

Corvus gold buyout offer of $550 million cdnAnglo ashanti has made a bid for Corvus gold that values the company at about 550 million$....Corvus has only 127 square kms of land but lots of potential on it. They have about 6 million $ in cash...No production yet...So , they have 2 main gold deposits, one has a capex of 167 million US$ with a yearly sustaining capex of 132 million $US and the other one will cost 404 million$us to get it up and running with a yearly capex of 44 million $ ... They have about 12 million ounces of silver mixed in with the gold......One mine is expected to produce 1.47 million ounces over it's lifetime and the other about 1.38 million ounces. So, Anglo ashanti is willing to pay 550 million minus their 20 million shares they already own + spend about 700 million $ to build a mill , infrastructure, equipment and machinery and pay yearly capex of 250 million $ cdn to produce 2.9 million ounces of gold So it's clear that Karora is undervalued by several hundreds of millions of dollars on their market cap....as they have much more in terms of gold and infrastructure already paid for and running...
