Says about 2 billion NPV.
I believe the Dumont NPV was about half that if I understood correctly.
When I looked up the details, I noticed that it said there were two hundred and fifty million lbs. (give or take) of cobalt in the mix.
I thought that cobalt was very expensive and a critical mineral.
However I believe that China right now is supplying the needs in the U.S.
That doesn't say much for the supposed effort to become independent from China for critical minerals. And, cobalt is far from being the only critical mineral being supplied to the western world by China.
