got in on avg at $2.63US and sold some at $4.04 in recent run up..if it sells down again I will add back w the great results that just keep coming in.  Mid tiers are loaded w cash and good bal sheets and this feels like it will be bot by someone soon .  Gold Fields to me is the most logical big buyer here as it's mines etc are close to KRRs and they have been building out AUS positions.  Regardless of takeover or not, a great co w low cost and incredible prospects.  Bea

the problem is with a takeover is the shareholders get much less...recent history showing takeovers being done cheap...PVG and Newcrest......AEM and KL......PVG and KL were bought way too cheap....the shareholders who are owners get had....I fear KRR is next....barring a takeover we should move higher and higher in the coming months and years......it used to be a takeover was offered at a nice ...more

Takeovers at a premium in the gold space are rare in recent years. The reason is that 90% of takeovers at a premium in the 2010-2016  era went bad, sometimes really bad.  Barrick was a big offender but  many others misjudged the market too. If a big company, (1 million+ producer)  takes us out then we would get  a healthy premium. No point in chattering about a merger of ...more
