I suspect something

Gold price is flat
KRR is up 3.5%

I suspect that many investors are suspecting that 
there will be a takeover offer soon.

If the offer is over $10 I will likely accept and reinvest 
the proceeds

A bidding war would be ideal .... $12 to $15 ???

As was concisely pointed out by @lbcot on CEO.CA - “KRR is not immune to a takeover attempt mainly because insider holdings are rather small and there doesn’t seem to be a solid group of major shareholders.” (Jan 8 2022) https://ceo.ca/krr?203bde2a4945   This has been a worry of mine for a while now.
