Trouble may be brewing
Woke up to local news that a mid size bank (New England), is having pretty serious difficulties in the mortgage lending arena.
I don't believe this to be an isolated situation.
They say that history is bound to repeat itself.
The most recent time that this sort of thing occured in 2008, the price of gold responded with a 100% increase.
As Yogi used to say, "Looks like deja vu all over again".
