Maybe with a bit more head in the sand stock price neglect we can hit 52 week lows AGAIN next week. Just so we are clear, shareholders require a ROI, not 52 week lows repeated every stinking year.

Apparently, management can grant themselves more shares (RSU,deferred, performance), the cheaper the stock price is, therefor it's in management's interest to have a low stock price before issuance of these shares. They have a history of converting them to common shares, then around $5 dumping them on the market. So at that point it is also in their interest to see the stock shorted back ...more

Exactly right, they are a lifestyler.  Shareholer stuck with declining share price.  Management is self serving.
