I wish someone from the company would indicate when the individual insider stock buy/sell activity will be finished undergoing a redesign. It had been indicating the system is under redesign for a long time. It doesn't seem that difficult a job in my opinion. It is just a reporting structure.

I have researched on different sites and have found no new insider trading as of lately. I do see your concern that it should be easy to update a reporting tool for a website. When a stock is beaten down like KRR we will look for answers where ever we can find it. I believe we have to be patient and with higher revenue coming the stock has to go higher. With today's technology the digital ...more

I think the continual "beat down" is being done by some yet to be identified outside concern with a view to a cheap takeover. It happened before in many situations. One that comes to mind was Tahow Resources.
