Nice try buy out?

1 billion would not even pay for the nickel. We have 2 processing plants and gold lots of gold. So let's look at the gold for instance 3 million Oz by 2200 gold is 6 billion 600 million. We have a foot in the lithium market to . I think they would make a serious offer if they were going to make one at all. Nice try.

1 billion would be 5.71 a share. That would be a nice start for trading tomorrow. That tells us we are worth that much or better yet 6 dollar KRR tomorrow morning. We have 82 million plus and 40 million on paper for Dumont. We would need to see 3 billion and they don't have that much cash. Fair market value for share holders would be 16 dollars. Is that $5.71 USD /share, or close to $8.00 Cdn/share? I see that various mining publications ahd a Western Australian news source have picked up the story. It would be approoriate for Kenora to issue a news release. cleareye

I think if they were planning on accepting the offer they would make a news announcement but if it is just a lowball offer then it is just yesterday's news today. Private share holders hold the most shares and for this reason KRR has to be careful if they don't get full value for us litigation will follow.

I don't know of the full details 8 dollars Canadian would be a nice start. Hopefully we get some clarification today.

General public owns over 57 % of KRR shares and I would think they would need shareholders approval for any such transaction. Anything under 3 billion dollars is a vote for no. We will have over 100 million in the bank and 40 for Dumont on paper maybe 1 or 2 billion in nickel and at least 6 billion in gold. We deserve fair compensation for our share of the company. 1 billion is a no go. After the ...more
