Not a rumor
Anybody know or want to venture a guess as to who the new suitor is?

Someone started buying shares this afternoon bumping the share price up. I would be interested in seeing another gold company merger as long as we are treated fairly and still trade on tsx. I think this could only be positive compared to where we are now.

I would much prefer that we be the buyer. The right deal could make us fly!

I read some speculation that GFI might be on the hunt. They had a failed attempt about a year and a half ago to acquire Yamana. Recently, Gold Fields said they were now more interested in smaller fish. They have operations in KRR's neck of the woods.

I don't know if the it still exists, but Karora had a sub-lease agreement with GFI on the Beta-Hunt mine. Now that KRR has done all the hard work of unearthing a lot off goodies, GFI may want it back. Either way, we may just have a bidding war in the early stages going on, especially with the gold price co-operating.

A bidding war would be great! Let them drive the price for us! ....... UP of course!

I hope so. We could be buying something or adding on to our already good resource.
