RE:Interesting choice of self praisemdjbrown, thank you for bringing that phrase forth again because when I think of "precision-based" I now relate to 'targeting' mechanism to target cancer cells while leaving healthy cells alone. Dr. Peer of EPM and now the late Dr. Mechoulam, 'heat seeking missle', or the acquistion of Seagen by Pfizer with a 'targeting mechanism' to deliver the payload to a cancer cell...that too is extremely 'precision-based' but only worded slightly differently by Mr. Pidduck.
Another example of precision-based targeting within a weaponized application is the utlization of the two quantum states of the electron particle, spin up and spin down, sensitivity capable of detecting and measuring the Earth's magnetic field within the nano Telsa range and when applied to something such as a Hell Fire missle launched from a Black Hawk helicopter, precision capable of hitting an ant mound from over 2 miles away. Precision based in an imprecise world accordingly quoted by a Pentagon contractor.
But in this application, a non weaponized version of a new technology referencing canabinoid pharma molecules, targeting a single cancer cell which is well documented now within the scientific literature and that is PRECISION BASED CANNABINOIDS.
