I would say the name of the game is well timed patience. Previous poster described being patient at $38 and riding it down. A relative of mine was patient with Nortel near the peak much to their loss.

But once it does, it will be hard to stop!

As s1i has mentioned, these US Acts likely wont be a trigger in Labs success, but they wont hurt either as market momentum never hurts.
