mdjbrown...what was the name of the institution where Keith Strachan was in California? You posted the YouTube video link not to long ago. We will see if they dip their toes in the warming waters now that Brazilian market is opened up to LABS and insiders at the DEA are saying it's basically a done deal w.r.t. descheduling.
ps: Also don't forget that Brazil signed a very large agreement with China and it wasn't only for agricultural products. With that said, there is no reason why China cannot import cannabinoid based pharmaceuticals from the generic drug maker in Brazil. Point is, it's NOT just the Brazilian market, it is other South American countries including an opportunity of greater volumes exporting from Brazil to China and even other BRIC countries.
