FYI LAC filed Form F-10 with SEC today after markets closed https://sec.report/Document/0001062993-20-004654/ NOTE VERY IMPORTANT !!!!!  This form is to register up to $500 million dollars worth of LAC securities to be sold. It can be made available to the public, or made available as part of a merger or acquisition.They haven't specified yet. I'm still reading through it but it looks like this is a preliminary filing and it means one of two things. Either they are going to raise a lot of capital from the public for finacing the NV plant or use it through of some kind of merger/acquisition deal.I think things are kicking off sooner Big news !!!!!
