LAC IS "FULLY" permitted.. National Coal is building as we speak.. Ion Elon is not buying Li anywhere where that has' not' been exposed to sulfuric acid.. including the brines...
the tailings are Dry and Neutral - not required to line the impoundment area...
there are no more reviews.. no extra permits... a sincle rancher is bidding for a buyn up N out..
he will simply get crushed in court.. the state of nevada will not file a brief in his favor - quiet the opposite the will file an aminicus on behalf of LAC...
nobody - anywhere; except some scru ball Reno attorney/treee hugger (funded by outside mining interest) who is attempting to make case law.. his record of case law here in nevada - besides cashing a check; is ZILCH.. he's 100% tossed out the first day @ the bench.
