my bet is it will stay N this range until LAC breaks ground @ thacker..  if LAC issues bonds to cover the Mill. the stok price should hold in t a trading range..  that 400M will conver the intial logistics to start an make payroll..  i hav that mine and mill CaXed around a few pennies short of a Billion..
