RE: Here comes the correction

RE: Here comes the correctionYour point is duly noted. Since it is the symantics you're opposed to I will restate my opinion to "should the price drop". Regardless, I based my assessment not on being clairvoyant, but on visual analysis. The chart on LAM is very impressive, but also very overbought. RSI has only fallen from 97 to 70 and could fall back to the 50 level. MACD is starting to roll over and should it go negative the price of LAM will decline. That's a fact! There are other indicators that also point to lower prices immediately ahead. TA is a guide, not a science, and I acknowledge that in the markets anything can happen. There is no guarantee that my opinion will prove to be correct, it is merely my opinion. However, every advance in the share price since July 11 has met with resistance and has retraced in textbook fashion with Fib supports. We all know that past performance is no guarantee of future price movement, however, all stocks run in waves and the current wave suggests a pullback to at least 4.96 in the near future. That being said, I agree that just because LAM is very overbought doesn't mean it must correct. I believe it will and have positioned myself accordingly. Whether or not my prediction ultimately proves to be correct I wish all investors on this thread good fortune.
