There is very little transparency here. To continue with the poker analogy ... this isn't one of those televised poker shows where the audience knows who is at the table and can look at everybody's cards.
It's entirely possible that a bank could be pretending to be only mildly interested (if at all) and then put down a serious offer.
I could also see a scenario where all bids are rejected and the turnaround plan continues. That might inspire a showdown later. Maybe with a bigger jackpot. The board is a player in this game too.
In theory, the first round ends today. I'm hoping information starts to leak out soon.
But this may require patience.
