Most probable PR = something like "the strategic review is ongoing" or somesuch.
If they acknowledge that numerous parties are interested and/or they have received offers, the SP should pop.

Interesting times indeed... A bank is based on its credibility. 3000 jobs on the line. CDPQ already owns 8%, and 2MM$ is simply peanuts for CDPQ to save so many jobs. I bet on the fact that a crash landing is simply politically unacceptable... Que sera sera!
