Strangely enough this is the worst Canadian bank but has the most upside potential.  Look for $34-35 by year end (or more).  Unless the screw up again, but even then the bottom is likely within a dollar or two of here.

Figures I've seen are in the $60 range, but book value is pretty meaningless imo.

He did indeed say that.  Depends on what you're looking for.  Those looking for a TD or a BMO should indeed look elsewhere.  Those looking for a little risk, a larger dividend and much larger share price appreciation potential would be fine putting some money to work here imo.
