LBS unit nav to DEC 07 = approx: $16.92

I suspect this should be close to Bromptons update numbers tomorrow. LSB commons nav will be  quite a lot lower than $6.92 as prorated preferred will be stacking up... LBS will pay  those again in January.
And Quarterly distributions are going up.
