TWM cashed. Debt gonzo.
$650 million cash and share deal with ALA.
Commited to LCFS and renewable diesel,hydrogen and gas.

it is a very good sign that tw midstream chose to sell profitable pieces of their business and held onto tw renewables shares. that's a clear indication of their confidence in the soon to be commissioned renewable diesel plant. wish I had more cash sitting around at the moment
