RE: Significant Light Oil Asset & $100 Million BouInteresting acquistion, while not the one that I thought was going to happen, it provides some interesting possibilites in a core area of interest for the company and the developing Spearfish play. On the surface it could be agrued that at 215K per flowing barrel the matrix is high until you take into account the wells awaiting completion and the drill locations and raw land acquired by Legacy. They are an agressive wll manged company that has continued to deliver on growth driven acquistions of high quality assets. As always just my opinion.
