RE: RE: RE: RE: Patheic Pump by the Nutt. Hmm... I'm pretty sure they aren't pumping and dumping, if you look at legacy's chart before all of the pipeline congestion issues were announced, you saw that legacy was trading at like $12.70.
Warm weather: While this was great for Legacy, it was horrible for natural gas prices, legacy has natural gas production as well as light oil (about 2,300 boe's of GAS per day - so about 15% of their BOE productions), so it's a double edged sword with warm weather.
So it isn't company specific, legacy had an awesome drilling success rate, and if you look at their corporate presentation they have like a $41 per share unbooked risked upside.
Conclusion: It sucks that gas prices are low, pipeline congestions. BUT will probably improve by Q2.
plus it takes analysts a day or so to get their recommendations out.
