Dead Money Against its peers LEG has been dead money for a very long time. Waiting 2-3 years for this company to add share holder value is not acceptable. While investors wait for their turn management continues to tweak its compensation and stock option packages.
There comes a time when the board must take leadership and start ensuring share holder value is created in a timely fashion or get out of the way and look for startegic options to un-lock the NAV of LEG.
At least by adding a dividend investors will be paid to wait and the company will gain more interest by investors. It would help chase the shorts which have continually manipulated the SP for most of this year.
I look forward to attending the AGM and asking the tough questions of senior management. I suggest others to attend the AGM as well and let managent know how you feel.
