I like LEG. I like LEG a lot. The fact that I am short this right now has nothing to do with the value of the assets. That's there. What's not there is positive sentiment and momentum. The short position in LEG is huge and I don't see a near term catalyst the change it. If the reason we are in the market to make money, you might as well be on the winning side, not necessarily the right side. The winning side right now is the short side.
Does anyone see any reason to cover my short position right now? Look at today. Once again the TSX was up, oil was up, oil index was up and where did LEG end the day.....down again.
