Volume

VolumeNot to go to overboard, but this could be the paradigm shifting event that we have been looking for. The strong 5% movement upwards is complemented by the highest volume ever. The amazing thing is, even with this run-up, we are at only .57 of the new $11.71 NAV. Debt is high, but the release said "...In the fourth quarter of 2013, Legacy significantly underspent its funds flow from operations for the quarter while commencing a number of key infrastructure projects that are forecast to be completed in the first quarter of 2014" which means debt repayment has begun in Q4 (the reserve statement would have to use the debt number from the Q3 audited statement as LEG cannot release Q4 debt number yet). With commodity prices where they are and the strong production growth, we could be looking at 1.5 D/CF for YE 2014 and 1.0 for YE 2015. Folks, the ride has just begun. ng
