MBA

MBADo you really have an MBA...let's be honest...or is your definition of MBA Different then mine? I don't have an MBA but I know enough to do a little research and can say that elkhorn is a small company. Less than 3000 bbl/day, I suspect way less, probably less than half. OK smart guy how does this work. First you aquire mineral rights, then you secure financing to fund operations, seismic, wildcat, determine economics, if there... issue equity to shareholders to raise more funds for development! So how does a 20,000 bbl/day company like legacy "merge" with a company in its infacy to improve the balance sheet? And who's the guy who bought that...PHD?
