check pg 11 of presentationWith WTI at $80.00 and a Canadian dollar of .85 cents Legacy netbacks $45.43 per boe

Legacy NAV = 2.4 billion

If you value per flowing barrel use: $100,000 per boe (this is consitent with rescent deals Baytex, Crescent point, Legacy)

If you say Legacy is at 27,000 boe/day times $100,000, subtract $815 million for debt and divide by 200 million shares you get $9.42 per share.

Legacy is trading at about 2.5 times cash flow for 2014 and about 2 times cash flow for 2015

Currently trading at .51 book value.

These are facts, have a good thanks giving, cheers Matthew
