I couldn't agree more with you and would go so far as to say while it likely borders on illegal in many cases ,it crosses over the moral lines with many small retailers,moms and pops who get decimated holding the bag while the manipulations go on behind the scenes. It is almost criminal that the SEC allows these rules with their trading platforms whilst the small guy only finds out when the scam noose is tight. I would like to see a new Ethical trading platform arise with much simpler and fairer rules, something like the fair coffee trade,etc. where all players are treated fairly. Likely won't happenbut I can dream-same as I do with 649's
