Saudi Arabia has a decision to make later this year...In order to reach their year end financial objective they will either have to increase their oil out-put and sell at higher volume and lower prices or possibly they will decide to decrease production in order to sell at a higher price. ...It will be interesting to see what they do and my guess is that they will most likely reduce production because storage facilities and tankers will probably be maxed out by then....Its' a guessing game for now???
