RE:Lot of patience…again!

RE:Lot of patience…again!I think most of us have noticed the motivated selling particularly in NY of late.  Could be the early stage SPAC-kers who are laughing their way to the bank.
I can't think of any intrinsic  performance issues for the company.   For example, most OEM  CEO's are probably losing sleep over their supply chain when it comes to batteries for EV.  Marc has covered that base well with our own plant at Mirabel. I assume he has also firmed up contracts for basic materials such as Li  Co etc
Finance issues are also manageable with robust support from four governments and some big private sector players.

What concerns me more is the question:   are we being positioned for a potential takeover?

Lion's vehicles are a proven entity with milions of miles on the road over several years.  Some others by contrast might still be on the designing board.   Once the order book hits a critical mass then you'll have all kinds of biggies sniffing around.

Happy holidays and don't procrastinate your booster jab
