Good to see my spreadsheet was dead-on for LFE

SO 15.36 it was..... and today the UNIT NAV has gained another 14 cents, so now its at $15.50
Little pullback end of the day, but still up again today overall.

Today they posted NAV 15.51 as of jan 31st + might have added another 10cents? last couple of days. This holds we will get dividend at rate of 23%. Stock last trade is $5.18 at a discount.

Yes $15.51 was BEFORE distributions which have now been deducted from the UNIT NAV, so commons had a value of $5.36 as posted on the Quadravest site. Yesterday LFE finished with a UNIT NAV of about $15.50 , ( after dist)so yes they had a couple days of good gains since the JAN31 update. Today the markets generally are backing off, and LFE NAV will have dropped 3 or 4 pennies so far today.
