Solid discount - why not that many bites?

Bought 4K shares @ 5.43 to go along with my 1K shares at 4.83 (Jan 23).

How has this discount not caught on yet with others?
Running too close to the NAV cutoff? Unclear due to lifecos reports not out yet? Waiting for distributions to be announced? Something totally different?
