LFE paying dividends?

I suppose once the NAV of LFE and LFE preferreds reaches 15.00. LFE will start paying dividends. NAV as of November 30, after distributions, was 14.38, and the portfolio value seems to have increased by about 1% since then. With a 10 cents dividend, depending on the price of LFE, yield will be between 24% and 20%, in my estimation

Like LCS, LFE will still have a discount even when it pays.
