What’s important is that this is a different host rock (as you can see in the company’s section diagrams) and there’s about 5 square kilometers of the stuff on the project.
I should say, however, that the new D3 hits are at depth, so there needs to be a lot more mineralization like this, with excellent continuity, to pull the potential open pit in this direction. But it’s great to have a whole new layer of rock as an exploration target now, and it’s important to know that the higher-grade oxide mineralization is not confined to the layer of rock Liberty had been drilling off.
This removes a big limitation to the potential size here.
