RE:Why the drop in SP?BUY the rumour SELL the news. Typical reaction in the stock market. The increased volatility is normal for a stock that has appreciated as much as Largo.Although we are all in agreement that the fundamental story has not changed investors many times have a target price (ie up 100%) to reduce holdings. Personally LGO has risen so much in the last 6 month's it became 75% of my portfolio. Therefore I sold 20% of my shares and reallocated the funds elsewhere (APPL) This too shall pass and I expect the stock to resume it's upward valuation once the dust settles on the uncertainty surrounding the warrant conversion,LOM drilling program and rising costs. Many years ago I bought into Glamis Gold when they were at the same stage of production and profit. Eventually Goldcorp took out GG.Why do I share this? Not to brag or pat myself on the back, rather to share my experience that PATIENCE is a virtue when investing in relatively youn mining companies. The future is so bright MS has to wear shades!!!
