A dividend would have been nice but it did not surprise me that it didn't happen. There's a lot of comapnies who pay dividends that shouldn't and i prefer to keep the balance sheet healthy as we get through this year. That said, it sems like every news release always has an item that makes you speculate, which is a problem. I'm trying to understand the following....The anticipated working capital requirements for the Company's vanadium sales and trading business is expected to be in the range of US$30 to US$40 million (at current vanadium prices). I would love to see a cost breakdown here.
 
What was the need of the (at current vanadium prices)? It would be a somewhat static cost of doing business so relating it to the cost of vanadium is odd.Unless there's some commission agreements in place with this new guy. The guessing begins on this one. I voted against all members of the board just to send them a message as their communications always seem to lack details.
