Since it apears that most in management really do not want to hold Largo Stock,
Why not change to a cash bonus based on performance
How in the world is it allowed for the insiders to sell into a down market and trash the stock price and thus
the shareowners holdings.
Sure seems like no loyalty to the sahreowners 
Just my humble opioion
