Invest before or after news?

Invest before or after news?If V prices had a chance of going back up over time, would you want to be invested before or after that happened? I ask because every single time that V goes up, I notice that so does LGO's share price. No one knows when it will go back up, but we do know that V is an essential metal; on the chart of V prices over time, V price is at a low point. The ilmenite will also slow or potentially eliminate the FCF bleed (with cost/headcount reductions) until that happens. V+Ilmenite + cost reductions= FCF breakeven/positive in my view. Invest at the bottom; that's how to win over time. Plenty of time to wait with $39.5 million in the bank. Vanadium will go back up in price soon imo; too important. Infrastructure alway crumbling. Always crumbling. V needed forever.
