This reminds me of the $750M shelf prospectus hanging above our heads. I have no other explanation for what is going on today. Nasdaq and other energy stocks are doing reasonably well.

I know you really wanted to get that out there, but it doesn't really makes sense.  Why now, like someone woke up and said, "oh shoot, I wasn't worried about this last week when it went up but today it's a massive issue- I think I'll sell all my holdings in 109 share blocks."

I'm not talking about retail investors and what they think or do. I'm talking about institutional action, the parties involved in arranging the deal, checking clients searching for takers, etc. The number of ppl in the know grows bigger and certain parties have an economic interest in taking the share price one way or the other. So, what's your explanationi for what is going on? Largo

There is nothing wrong with the SEC filings. But clearly there is something going on. I've checked the weather at Maracas just in case there is another weather event. Nothing out of the ordinary though.
