At what point in the SP at its current descent do we see a major restructuring in the management, looks as though it will go sub 10.00 today.With 10-11.00 V205,how did we get here..?

How we got here? The chart that I posted pretty much tells the story. Two back to back operational fumbles, zero battery sales, the last bit of credibility crushed. That's how your stock ends in the gutter.
