He didn't stand for re-election to the board or we would have seen his results.  so who withheld from Alberto being on the board-Cooperman, someone who owns 12%?

He was co-chairman of the Board and interim President of LCE. He is no more on the Board and Stephen Prince is now the President of LCE. Perhaps he is still with LCE as a consultant?
