What does the experts think?

What does the experts think? It seems that this time around the volatility is much higher than usual. The Alberta economy has taken a heavy toll on them. It makes me wonder if this stock will ever see $13 or $14 again.  May be cutting the dividend may not be such a bad thing if it can turn the company around. On the other hand, how can a company loose money selling Alcohol. It seems difficult to comprehend unless the overhead is unmanageable in which case they should do some cost cutting. What does the experts around think? Buying more stocks at this stage seems risky to me. I have been holding this stock since 2009 and I am under water now. I am not selling right now?  Are there sellers around?
